The Critical Kitchen is an ongoing blog of my food adventures, both positive and negative, from around the world. I visit everything from casual dining, fine dining, quick serve, and local eateries, and write my candid opinion on their food, service, drinks, and atmosphere. In doing so, I remain completely anonymous so as to not interfere with the establishment. I do not work for any corporation, and do this entirely independently.
I spent several years in food service, and have written reviews on Google that have thousands of views. I am not a professional chef or restauranteur, but I understand the business well, and provide as candid and fair feedback as possible, while understanding the challenges of the industry.
